Digital Products
All products sold on Voxera are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- You did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical issue.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
